Here is an overview of the 2-day tour combining the highlights of Argolis with the rich history of Ancient Sparta and Mystras.

On Day 1, we begin with pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Athens and head toward the Peloponnese. Our first stop is at the famous Corinth Canal, followed by a visit to Ancient Corinth, where you will explore the archaeological site and see the impressive Temple of Apollo.

We then continue to Mycenae, the legendary kingdom of Agamemnon, where you will visit the ancient citadel and the royal tombs. The journey continues to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, known for its remarkable acoustics.

Afterwards, we arrive at the picturesque town of Nafplio, where we stop at Palamidi Fortress for panoramic views and then enjoy free time in the charming old town. At the end of the day, overnight stay can be arranged in Nafplio or the surrounding area.

On Day 2, the journey continues toward Ancient Sparta, one of the most historic cities of ancient Greece, where you will see the Statue of King Leonidas and explore the area.

We then visit Mystras, one of the most important Byzantine sites in Greece and one of the last great fortified cities of the Byzantine Empire. Built on the slopes of Mount Taygetus, Mystras is known for its medieval ruins, palaces and historic churches.

After the visit, we stop for lunch before beginning our return journey to Athens, completing a unique two-day experience through history and culture.
